Calf


The calf is easy to have excess fat. Do not be carelessness. Stimulate the acupressure points.

A calf is a part of the body worried most for a woman. If you take care of the calf lightly, it is easy to have excess fat and become swollen. Such troubles can be removed by stimulating the weizhong, the Chengchin, the Chengchien, and the Chengshan and the calf can be tightened.



weizhong

The weizhong is located in the center of the thick horizontal creases in the backs of the knees. By stimulating the points, tiredness and swelling of the legs can be removed.

Chengchin (B56)

The Chengchin is located between the weizhong and the Chengshan, on the center line of a calf. By stimulating the point, it prevents accumulation of the wastes (cause of swelling) in the muscles of a leg.

Chengchien

The Chengchien is located between the Chengchin and the Chengshan, on the centerline of a calf. By stimulating the point, as well as the Chengchien, it prevents accumulation of the wastes (cause of swelling) in the muscles of a leg.

Chengshan (B57)

The Chengshan is located in the hollow between the muscles connecting the back of the knee and the ankle. By stimulating the point, it prevents accumulation of the wastes (cause of swelling) in the muscles of a leg.

Stimulation method

As shown in a figure, sit on a chair with one leg raised, and place the middle finger on the weizhong in the leg. Then, stimulate consciously the Chengchin, the Chengchien, and the Chengshan with a finger other than the thumb as a calf is wrapped in. Additionally, while stimulating the points consciously, repeat lengthening and bending the toes for more effective. The point is to perform this action as lengthening the Achilles' tendon. Perform this method for both legs for approximately two minutes.

* It is still more effective if it carries out in a bathtub.
